A REAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

“As this was the first home we ever built, we were apprehensive about the entire process. The actual experience however, turned out to be enjoyable and something we hadn’t expected. This was largely due to Brad and Christina. They have the experience and insight to produce a result that kept to the spirit of the things we wanted in the home, while helping us steer clear of mistakes typical of the beginners we were.

The most exciting thing was the speed and cost in which they completed our home. We planned on a nine month build, but Brad got it done in three and half. We also added a walk-out basement, a deck and upgraded counter tops, insulation and a better HVAC system. Even with the $7,000 worth of upgrades, Crookston Designs came in under budget!
